Looking for more personalized instruction? Prefer to work at your own pace? Have specific goals you’re ready to achieve? One-on-one personal training may be the perfect fit for you.
You’ll receive a training program designed specifically around YOU—your goals, your needs, and your current fitness level. With individual coaching, you’ll work closely with your trainer to build strength, improve performance, and make progress in a safe, effective, and sustainable way.
But first, let’s talk about YOU!
Before getting started, a consultation is required so we can understand exactly what you want to accomplish. We’ll discuss your short- and long-term goals, any injuries or areas of pain, your nutrition and lifestyle, and the best overall strategy to help you reach your goals and maintain your results for the long term.

MACRO/NUTRITION COACHING
We’ll optimize your nutrition by creating a personalized eating plan with macronutrient targets based on YOU, your lifestyle, and your goals.
Macronutrient tracking can take some time to get used to. It requires measuring, planning, tracking, and preparing your food, so while it’s absolutely manageable, it does require consistency and effort. When done correctly and consistently, it can be an effective tool for helping you achieve the results you’re looking for.
So, what can macronutrient tracking help you accomplish?
Weight loss
Muscle gain
Improved overall health
Better athletic performance
Increased energy
Improved body composition
Do You Have to Track Everything?
No! You do not need to weigh and track every meal in order to reach your goals.
We understand that detailed tracking isn’t the right fit for everyone. Maybe tracking feels overwhelming, you’re a busy parent with limited time, or you simply know that you won’t enjoy or consistently stick with it. That’s okay!
That’s why we also offer nutrition coaching and accountability for a simpler, more sustainable approach.
We’ll still teach you about macronutrients and why they matter, but instead of focusing heavily on numbers, we’ll simplify the process by looking at energy in vs. energy out, building balanced meals, and using practical methods to estimate and portion your food.
The goal isn’t to create a diet that you can follow for a few weeks—it’s to help you develop healthy habits and a sustainable approach to nutrition that fits your real life.
