Membership contracts auto renew every 30 days. Your billing date will remain the same every month.

For the 8x and 12x monthly membership, classes roll over, meaning you have a total of 60 days to use your classes from the billing date.

Our cancelation policy is 1 hour before class. If you cancel with more than an hour before class time, you won’t lose your class. Cancel within the hour window of class starting, you’ll be charged for the class.

An email is required to cancel, upgrade or downgrade a membership, ironbondfitness@gmail.com.

ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

One-on-one personal training is a great option if you are looking for more individual instruction, or you enjoy working at your own pace and have more specific objectives you want to accomplish. You’ll be given a program that is specifically designed for YOU and your goals. Personal training allows you to work very closely with your coach in a safe and effective way.

BUT let’s first talk about you! A consultation is required first to break down what you’re looking to accomplish, specifically your goals, short term and long term. We’ll discuss injuries and pains you might have, your diet and an overall strategy to navigate toward the end goal and a sustainable lifestyle. Call or email for more info


MACRO/NUTRITION COACHING

We will optimize your eating plan by uniquely customizing your macronutrient amounts based off of YOU and your goals! I will say that macronutrient tracking takes some getting used to! You’ll be tracking, measuring, planning, prepping all of your food. It is manageable, but it does take work! If done correctly and consistently, you will begin to see the results you’re looking for. Which brings me to, what could be some goals in which macronutrient tracking could help you achieve? Weight loss, muscle gain, overall health or athletic performance, improve energy or improve body composition. 

Do you NEED to track macronutrients with a scale in order to achieve your goals? NO, you don’t. I understand that some people are triggered by tracking; or maybe you’re a busy parent of kids and don’t really have the time or energy to be measuring everything; or maybe you just know deep down you won’t stay consistent with it, THAT’S OK! This is why we’re also offering nutritional and diet coaching and accountability. We will review macronutrients and the importance of them, but will gear more toward tracing energy in vs energy out a little more simply. We’ll create a balanced plate and use other means to measure your food!
